Pros

EventMobi has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. I spent four years here and grew immensely, both professionally and personally. The culture values autonomy, trust, and ownership. You're given the freedom to carve your own path and are supported every step of the way. What really sets EventMobi apart is the leadership, especially Bob (CEO). He’s a thoughtful, people-first leader who genuinely cares about the team and the company’s long-term success. He leads with transparency, humility, and a clear vision, and it shows in how the company operates and how people feel working here. Beyond the people and culture, EventMobi’s product is top-tier. It’s a powerful, flexible platform that has powered thousands of events over the past 15 years and it continues to set the bar in the event tech industry. Working with such a reputable and innovative product made the job all the more rewarding.

Cons

Very few. Like any growing company, there are moments of change and ambiguity but leadership is always receptive to feedback and proactive in adapting.

Pros

EventMobi has an extremely passionate culture. The CEO manages to foster this common belief in making our client's lives easier, and everyone is hands on deck to make this vision a reality. The strength of the team as well as the quality of the product are a major plus.

Cons

Policies are occasionally unclear. With that immense growth, senior management constantly needs to readjust. Internal communications are challenging.
