I have direct communication with the CEO which makes the critique process much less painless. He runs a very flexible schedule to work with your course/school/work load. Lunches are provided on work days.
Cons
The company is in the process of redesign, but the technology and marketing tactics are somewhat outdated. There is not a lot of vertical room for movement if you are interested in any long term employment.
The CEO works very close with you, and lets you work on what you want to improve.
He lets you choose what you think it's the best for the company.
He offers lunch everyday and the working environment is laid-back
Cons
At least for me it was an unpaid internship, but i knew it since the beginning.
If you are looking for a place where to be hired full time afterwards, that's not your place.
