Pros

Eventus is now Navixus within the Tech Mahindra family. Focusing on Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) implementations and configuration updates. The company is closely connected to NICE CXone, awarded as the Top Certified Implementation Partner several years in a row. The company also partners with other CCaaS vendors like Genesys and Amazon Connect. The Navixus team is very supportive internally to ensure success. The combined team brings a comprehensive set of knowledge and best practices.

Cons

After the Tech Mahindra acquisition, multiple policies needs to be adapted to the main corporate environment. Onboarding was slower than expected, primarily due to corporate wide policies. Compensation overall is competitive, ask to know what is or not included.
