Flexibility with schedule, Ability to move up in company, Amazing co-workers who strive to work together, Decent salary, Great support from direct supervisor, Remote & Hybrid positions offered, A company that truly cares about the patients they serve & providers that are compassionate who go above and beyond to ensure patients have the best outcome, Ability to work independently, Integrated Care Model that provides better quality of life for patients, Family oriented company, Recent change in CEO with the new one recognizing some issues and/or barriers with a goal of wanting to make positive changes for all staff, Kind and caring staff who truly care about their patients and who go above and beyond for the patients that they serve, New monthly bonus opportunities being offered, Mileage program with good reimbursement rate, Many opportunities to learn new skills & advance your medical knowledge, Company likes to promote from within.

Cons

Medical benefits have high premiums & deductibles, Lacking communication from leadership, Policy changes made frequently (It is a learning and rapidly growing company) with little notice provided to employees, Workload can be overwhelming at times and difficult to balance with personal life, Frequent changes made to everyday duties and tasks which sometimes leads to unclear expectations, Training of new staff is lacking as it seems to vary between each territory and little to no education material provided to new employees or to the employee training them.

Pros

From the very beginning upper management has been so supportive. Everyday I look forward to driving into office and giving 110% because it's given right back to me. If I ever doubt something, my peers are always willing to double and triple check things for me. It feels like family just virtually most of the time. I am forever grateful for this opportunity.

Cons

A lot of my team is far away. I live in Raleigh and drive to the office in ChapHill so I don't really get the coworker experience and communication with peers can be difficult at times, especially when personalities don't mesh well in the online community....

Pay based on productivity, patient visits which are not always in your control. Patient may refuse the visit, be asleep, etc.
