I truly enjoy working at Eventus Wholehealth! One of the first things I noticed when I joined was how much they value work-life balance. They do not expect clinicians to be available around the clock. Instead, they have a comprehensive after-hours program, including telehealth, to manage patient care until providers are available for rounds again. They also have a robust educational program to ensure new hires' success.

Cons

It's been a great experience so far and can't think of anything negative.

Self scheduling, flexible, enjoyed meeting patients in senior living

Cons

Pay based on productivity, patient visits which are not always in your control. Patient may refuse the visit, be asleep, etc.
