I’ve been working at the company for about one and a half years, and my overall experience has been very positive. One of the biggest strengths is the company management. They are proactive, driven, and clear about the direction they want to take. The leadership team genuinely pushes the company forward while ensuring employees are aligned and supported. The work environment is also really good. Even as a remote company, communication is highly efficient. The collaboration between coworkers is smooth, and this efficiency helps everyone move fast and stay productive. Managers are extremely helpful and supportive. There are continuous monthly one-on-ones where feedback is shared quickly and clearly. If there are areas for improvement, they are highlighted constructively, and managers actively help you work on them. They truly invest in your career growth and professional development. Another major advantage is the extensive use of AI tools. These tools significantly improve productivity and allow us to work faster and smarter. Honestly, I don’t feel there are any major cons to highlight. Whenever employees are allowed to provide feedback, the company takes it seriously. Before the next feedback cycle, previous concerns are usually addressed or resolved. If something cannot be implemented directly, management seeks alternative solutions.

- Culture is the best thing within the company. Hiring processes really focus on cultural fit so the team is amazing to work with. - AI within the company is an oasis of opportunities. The product being 100% AI, has a lot to offer in terms of applications: images, text, voice, video, etc. - Management encourages exploration so there is plenty of room for testing state-of-the-art methods and implement new ideas. - Fully remote and worldwide teams.

- Fast-paced (not a con for me but it might be for others). - Processes can change a bit too often. Not necessarily a con, as most of the time is for the good reasons: improve.
