They hired a ton of new leaders and they all have different strategies and we have to implement them and go along with it until the next leader shuts it down and makes you implement their radically different idea. Don’t bother working hard because no one cares about performance, it’s all about optics and not rocking the boat so leadership can play their game of try not to get laid off and I can’t even blame them for wanting to protect their team. You will be ostracized for challenging the status quo. This is a don’t rock the boat and keep your head down kind of place, and the products are all from 2003.

They don’t care about the customers as the customer success team is a complete shitshow where even the leader is on PTO half the time and there is absolutely no actual attempt to provide value to customers. They buy software and then don’t update it or invest in the brands, their actual goal is to force their customer base to use their payment processing software.
You will do the work of at least 2 or 3 people and maybe more and leadership will gaslight you into thinking you are the problem. Seriously RUN this is not a legitimate place.
Oh and one more thing you will get chased and harassed by creditors all the time because these people don’t know how to pay their bills and they make the simplest things like paying $500 bills so complex that they just end up going to collections and we get blacklisted from all our vendors
