      - very friendly coworkers - they make the job as easy as possible - work place fun if we hit our goals -incentives for hitting goals - you can make a decent amount of money -goal driven crews - everyone encourages each other

      Pros

      They are desperate and will hire anyone because no one stays here. Revolving door mentality.

      Cons

      Ridiculous amount of driving with no reimbursement, they expect you to drive hours during rush hour from one side of the state to the other in the same day. Very misleading when you start as to expectations and types of leads.
