Thank you for all that you do on behalf of our residents! Working and going to school at the same time is a HUGE accomplishment and all of us (especially the residents) appreciate what you do! Your concerns are something that we take to heart. We have made some changes in our neighborhoods based on the feedback we received from other staff members, residents, and resident family members.
