It has a family oriented culture with a positive, drama free work environment and a team of motivated people who are committed to helping the company grow. The atmosphere is friendly and makes you feel like you're part of something bigger. The company offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and generous paid time off. Hard work is recognized and rewarded, and there are real opportunities for advancement for those who are willing to put in the effort. Management encourages employee input, is open to new ideas, and genuinely wants to see people succeed. The operations team has made significant improvements in recent years, and the office staff works together as a strong, collaborative team led by outstanding leaders. The winter season can require long hours, especially during major snow events, and the work can be fast paced and stressful at times.

Pros

I’ve been working in the office at Everest for almost a year, and it’s been the best job I’ve had so far. One of the things I appreciate most is that you’re treated as more than just an employee. The leadership genuinely cares about their team and encourages everyone to grow both personally and professionally. Starting a new office job can be intimidating because you never know what the work environment will be like. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I quickly found a supportive team and a positive atmosphere. We work hard, but we also enjoy working together, which makes coming to work something I genuinely look forward to most days. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’m grateful to be part of the Everest team.

Cons

Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’m grateful to be part of the Everest team.
