Company continues to invest in expanding the business. Management always open to new ideas. Operations have improved drastically over the past 4 years.

Work can be demanding during the winter season with long hours.

Vacation time. That’s about it. Any benefit gets taken away quickly.

Poor ownership, will give no direction then scream and swear in meetings at employees. Will degrade & publicly humiliate but no direction or true training. Unattainable goals, no work/life balance. Most management are ‘kids’ with no formal education, no job experience outside this company, instead they were molded and brainwashed by the owner, who also has no other work experience or higher education. Very high turnover. Hard to sell anything, most customers hate the company.
