Solutions oriented selling, they’re breaking into large enterprise accounts and have a solid foundation of knowledge
Cons
Just changed the comp plans on everyone in April 2026, giving larger base salaries to sellers but MUCH lower commissions. De-incentivizing everyone and leading to a lot of top sellers who are key to the company to leave.
