If you try to move up or go onto a different contract, the recruiters are very particular and want your resume to match exactly what the client wants to a T, otherwise your resume won’t be submitted to that client, and won’t pursue it any further. The benefits itself could and should be improved. At best, it’s 15% discount in order to get certs, and those certs aren’t cheap.
