It's good for now, but not great for long term - Bilingual Technical Support Everforth Apex Systems Employee Review

The metrics are a little ridiculous and hard to reach. Lots of micromanaging that isn't that effective. The client doesn't always understand the staff's needs and accommodations. People do not stay in this job for that long (I watched several staff members with varying positions leave the company since starting my role)
