"potential" to make good money. emphasis on the "potential" not the actuality.
Cons
training tech and learning their system fully remote is nearly impossible. management is very hands off approach, figure it out yourself. success comes to only one type of learner, a visual one. training is "hey watch this video now go do it on your own". Depends on your manager also, some are better than others.
