Pros
Autonomy, similing colleagues, learn a lot. But the operating model does not scale because it's a private equity portfolio company that needs all the cash for the seniors. Lower level CEOs don't share in the benefits of all the work. Only Evergreen leadership gets that.
Cons
Compensation structure setup so only leadership team receive equity packages of substance.
