Fully digital and remote company, it's been an amazing experience. The flexibility everybody has and everybody's always connected. The easy way to work asynchronously and how everybody deliveries a really good work with free will and no pressure at all. It's a Dapp and it's awesome to feel like that's your project too.

I don't know if I have some - but if you're a little bit unorganized, you can make a mess of how flexible it can be to work in your time and your own mind. but, tip? Just take the project as yours.
