      Good team of leaders that support each other to ensure executing deliverables

      Schedule required day and night working same day, many duties in escalations and timekeeping which was very time consuming at times.

      Working at home Helps with learning things you do not like Gain some experience in things you can use elsewhere

      Doesn't treat everyone equally You are just another butt in the seat Still waiting on refund for equipment No one replies at the email address you are given once you leave Expect you to have no life No communication on FMLA loan status they just .close out ticket saying its resolved with no resolution Don't pay the agents more than leadership
