Whoever sees this do not believe on their rate that 4.5 stars is a LIE! On the first day of onboarding they force you to leave a comment here and ask for a screenshot, therefore new hires won’t know how it really is to work there since they are barely starting and will leave a positive comment. They give poor treatment to employees, and the salary is too low. You are on your own once you start, zero help from staff and the training is a joke, once on site they won’t even give you permission to go to the bathroom, that is just awful they want you to stay available all the time and being b2b you can’t have a breath, it’s not worth it.

Working at home Helps with learning things you do not like Gain some experience in things you can use elsewhere

Doesn't treat everyone equally You are just another butt in the seat Still waiting on refund for equipment No one replies at the email address you are given once you leave Expect you to have no life No communication on FMLA loan status they just .close out ticket saying its resolved with no resolution Don't pay the agents more than leadership
