      Pros

      Working at C3 has provided me growth and new skill sets I will take with me throughout my work life. Having leaders who mentor and guide has made this an invaluable experience. I have been given opportunities to career path and grow a team.

      Cons

      While some may find change as a con, I have been given the opportunity to grow my skills in flexibility. With new opportunities I have had to learn new ways to be efficient.

      Working at home Helps with learning things you do not like Gain some experience in things you can use elsewhere

      Doesn't treat everyone equally You are just another butt in the seat Still waiting on refund for equipment No one replies at the email address you are given once you leave Expect you to have no life No communication on FMLA loan status they just .close out ticket saying its resolved with no resolution Don't pay the agents more than leadership
