      The State Farm project is killing this great company! Their training SIMS and documents do not match the live system. You get a call and it's like seeing a different system. State Farm is killing this excellent company.

      Working at home Helps with learning things you do not like Gain some experience in things you can use elsewhere

      Doesn't treat everyone equally You are just another butt in the seat Still waiting on refund for equipment No one replies at the email address you are given once you leave Expect you to have no life No communication on FMLA loan status they just .close out ticket saying its resolved with no resolution Don't pay the agents more than leadership
