Pros

The hiring process was smooth, without much bck and forth

Cons

the computer equipment delivery was a complete disaster. The process was highly inefficient, it took far too long, and there was very limited staff available to assist. The whole operation was poorly organized, which only caused more delays. On top of that the equipment provided was somewhat outdated. The delivery site itself was also in poor condition seems like it was not prepared to handle this kind of process or distribution process. Overall, it reflected a serious lack of planning and professionalism.

Working at home Helps with learning things you do not like Gain some experience in things you can use elsewhere

Cons

Doesn't treat everyone equally You are just another butt in the seat Still waiting on refund for equipment No one replies at the email address you are given once you leave Expect you to have no life No communication on FMLA loan status they just .close out ticket saying its resolved with no resolution Don't pay the agents more than leadership
