Pros
My favorite thing about this company is the work culture, its unmatched. Everyone I have come across truly has the mindset of a hard working champion and you can tell that the environment is preserved to stay that way. During my interview process (there were three interviews), and each one truly felt like a conversation I was having with a great friend. I could tell right away that these people were different, I interviewed with Rebekah who made me feel like we were childhood friends having a conversation about life, and the same goes for my last interview who I had with a person named Colby. I had seen reviews on here (glassdoor) talking about the amazing culture and at first I didn't believe it seeing as many work places I had left because of the politics or general dislike of the team mentality not lifting each other up etc. From the interviews alone I could tell that maybe the reviews were real because these individuals certainly displayed awesomeness. Then I fortunately landed the position and it changed my life because I saw it was real, to this day when I meet someone new in the company they always have a can do attitude and overall live up to values that just blows my mind. I think that if you're a hard worker and want to be surrounded by people who stay hungry no matter what and will always lift each other up, and if you enjoy fast paced action, then there is no better place than here. Below is a quick list of some things I learned and appreciated in my first months with the company: - Opportunities to grow given from working hard - Company wide recognition for living up to values and being a good person - Constant 1 on 1's and check ins to ensure what your goals are and how the whole team can help you achieve them - Everyone being real, and easy to approach with any problem/question - The fact that if you ever want more (work, goals, time, resources, help) it will happen, here there is always more and the learning never stops.
Cons
If you are a person who doesn't work well with others, doesn't strive to be better today then they were yesterday, or doesn't crave to be the best at anything they set their mind to, then I would say perhaps this environment will not fit right with you.
