Pros
Everlight is an extremely fast paced environment. I often times have many projects on my plate and have to be able to context switch through out the day. If this is something you can handle, Then you will never be disappointed with the projects you are working on. I dont have one favorite thing about the company, the people are amazing, the leadership teams are top notch, and the projects get better and better as time goes on. A core value of Everlight is 'Always Learning' and I have learned so much here. you really get tossed into the deep end and with the support of your leaders, you always find the way to float to the top with an amazing accomplished project.

Fast paced(not for everyone and thats okay) No other cons of working here!
