There is favoritism, toxicity from leadership in many departments, and it trickles down to the employees. It’s a shame to see so many great people go, but it has clearly been a trend in the last year at this company. Leadership does not try to look at root causes of why people are leaving, middle managers do not take responsibility for their poor management or own up to mistakes.
Most of the diversity at this company is shown in the lower-level jobs like support and lab employees. Do better.
