Since PWNHealth merged with Everlywell, teams have a very difficult time communicating and being able to work together. Jargon and acronyms are thrown around to portray an “in crowd” that “is more knowledgeable” than the rest. This is not how to effectively communicate (internally or externally) or achieve results.
Job responsibilities (OKRs) change monthly which is very demotivating and destroys all passion.
DEIB should not mean cisgender, white are suppressed and bullied. Talent comes in all shapes, sizes, colors, etc.
Expect to be marginalized and do much work that others will claim as there own.
