Okay-ish - Clinical Assistant Eversight Employee Review

Great Company Culture that came from the top down. Ability to make a huge impact and be recognized for it.

They didn't have a 401K match when I was there.

Must say that management at this company is not like anything I've ever seen. I think the company culture is a great reflection of their abilities to be true leaders. The company is very transparent with the on goings of the business. Never before have I seen emails detailing how progress is moving across all departments with such clarity. Additionally, they seem to know how to hire for the right types of people. Everyone is completely respectful of each other and committed to doing well in their jobs. But at the same time, there isn't an extreme amount of pressure being doled out from above. They trust that you'll do your job in your own way. The company is still very early stage as well so no matter the function, it's exciting to know that there will still be significant impact from the work that's performed.

The company is growing too quickly apparently. There's very little space left in the office (at the time of this review). Outside of that, maybe there could be some healthier snacks in the office but really at this point I'm just being nit picky.
