Pay .that is the only thing left that is holding majority of employees.
Cons
Company fails to recognize how hiring managers that flat out harass employees kills morale. No union employee wants to work under these managers and it has been reported to HR and HR victim shames the employees and doesn’t even address the manager. Far from what Eversource preaches .
