The company will train you up and up as far as you want to go, adding different qualifications to your belt which results in you having more and even higher paid work
Cons
The only downside I can think is the way you’re restricted in teaching, having to be in the water for low stages and not being in the water for higher stages, with no assistants in the water. I find demos helpful.

Large company with options to relocate around the country, if you wanted to. Very good with health and safety procedures, majority of processes ready to be implemented.
Cons
Very sales driven. Targets, KPIs and profits are prioritised over colleagues and members. Sales team expected to give up personal time on end of month. You're expected to check and respond to emails when you're off or on annual leave. The company is very clique, you don't really progress unless you know someone in a senior role. Salary is always advertised as 'competitive' however, the pay doesn't justify the work you're required to do, or the extra time you work without pay. It's frown upon to claim for time worked outside of your contracted hours. There is no such thing as work life balance: you're expected to work day all the time and not be paid for it.
