There's a reason there's no inhouse HR department - Marketing Evogen Employee Review

I've never worked in a more toxic environment in my whole career. The CEO literally yells at people at the top of his lungs. Every staff member I worked with at the time talked about how horribly he treated both his staff and his family members (who would frequent the office). The culture is built at the top so you can imagine the kind of inappropriate comments being hurled around the office. It's a predominantly male dominated industry and workplace so it feels like a highschool locker room. Beyond that the day-to-day process is a complete mess. There is SO MUCH micromanaging going on in every department (bottlenecked by the CEO) that everything gets accomplished at a snails pace.
