      WFH benefits in Covid-19 situation

      Cons

      1) More layoffs in U.S and bulk hiring in Pune. The company is built on layoffs. 2) Do not provide good hikes to performing employees 3) No career progression in the company 4) Restricted to U.S market 5) No cabs provided to employees. When asked, the management said that they can't afford to provide cabs to employees. 6) Aggressive and rude management. They just want to get their work completed and do not worry about employee's Work Life Balance. 7) Struggle with parking facility. They charge employees for parking. 8) Do not want to increase employee's salary while considering for an IJP. this policy really sucks and breaks employee's morale.

The culture is collaborative and team-oriented, and I’ve had the chance to work with passionate, supportive colleagues across functions. There’s also strong flexibility with remote work and opportunities to grow if you’re proactive and open to learning.

      Like many growing organizations, priorities can shift and the pace can be fast, so it’s important to be adaptable. The environment is also performance-driven, with clear metrics for success, which may not be for everyone. Experience can vary by team and leader, but overall there are opportunities to contribute and make an impact.
