One of the most family-oriented type mentalities I’ve ever been employed by, with the best interest of their employees, located in subsidiary’s around the world, being a primary focus. The VP of Sales has terrible communication skills, has zero empathy & compassion for others, unrealistic goals, no value of work - life balance & will torture & abuse you with hidden messages, manipulation, overwork you & condescend you so much that you question why you are there in the first place.
