Pros
Evolve has seen a lot of changes over the past several years. Most of this can be attributed to growth in the US and overseas. This rapid growth allows for better career growth for current employees. The culture and work life balance offered at Evolve is pretty good considering that the tech industry tends to churn and burn most people. I like that I have the ability to work from home if needed.
Cons
With growth comes growing pains. The company is now much larger than it was in the past, and it can be frustrating at times . As more employees are added in other areas, communication can sometimes be an issue.
