The owner is a great guy and has a wealth of knowledge that he passes down to everyone that he works with. Treats everyone with respect and value. Overall everyone I worked with over the years have been great.

Not really a con as much as personal advice to the people that work here. You all seem complacent when things are not going well. Complaining without offering solutions is not productive.

- Located in Ladera Heights just east of Culver City, surrounding area can go from upscale to "hood" very quickly so walking to lunch requires a bit of caution - Sometimes parking can get overcrowded if you come in too late - You can feel a little isolated from the rest of the business if you work in tech - Not unique to this business, but, there is the legendary sys admin vs. software developer tension--by virtue of the necessarily different viewpoints
