Pros
I learned a lot about content writing during my time here. I joined with very basic knowledge, but this experience helped me improve my skills and gain more confidence in my work. One of the best parts has been the friendships I built here. Even though everything is online, I met some genuinely kind people, which made the environment feel welcoming and comfortable. I’m also happy that I could use my creativity in a meaningful way and make productive use of my time before pursuing my PG. I really appreciate the supportive environment, group activities, and the importance given to employees’ mental well-being. Overall, I gained a lot of knowledge, understood how a professional environment works, and genuinely enjoyed working here.
Cons
Sometimes, I feel the work gets a bit hectic and pressurising because when we try to prioritise tasks, everything seems equally important, so we end up handling everything at once. Although we are usually expected to log out by 6:30 PM, there are times when I continue working until 7:30 PM or even later. Since there often isn’t enough time during working hours to draft LinkedIn posts and complete certain tasks, I sometimes continue working after hours to finish them and share the drafts the next day. I also sometimes feel that the pay is a bit less considering the extra hours of work involved. On certain days, I even have to cut short my lunch break to make sure the work gets completed on time. It’s not something that happens all the time, but it does happen occasionally. Apart from that, everything else has been good.
Pros
1.I got exposure to a diverse range of clients, including both product-based and service-based brands, which helped me understand different branding, content, and marketing workflows. 2.One thing I genuinely appreciated was that salaries were always credited on time. The company is very punctual and professional regarding payments. 3.I liked that the company regularly organized activities, competitions, and recognition programs like “Employee of the Month,” along with rewards and gift cards that kept employees motivated. 4.In my experience, the HR team was approachable, communicative, and available whenever I needed support or clarification regarding work-related matters. 5.I also liked the work-from-home structure. The workflow felt disciplined and organized, and most employees stayed productive and accountable toward their responsibilities.
Cons
1.In my experience, the internship program lacked a structured training process. Most of the learning depended entirely on the manager or executive I was assigned to, which created inconsistency in guidance and onboarding. 2.I often felt that interns were expected to deliver professional-level output without receiving proper mentoring, detailed walkthroughs, or enough upskilling support beforehand. 3.At times, I felt interns were being given responsibilities closer to executive-level expectations before being fully trained or prepared for them. 4.I also noticed communication gaps between leadership expectations, internal execution, and client responsiveness, which sometimes created unnecessary pressure while handling deadlines. 5.There were situations where important information, updates, or workflow expectations were not communicated clearly or on time, which sometimes affected execution and coordination within the team.
