Pros
Awesome colleagues, IT infrastructure is very good (they get you what you ask for regardless of the costs)
Cons
Poor management, Bosses doesn't want to listen to employee inputs. Bosses talk to employees like they are literally slaves. They think they are the best IT startup company in the world but has nothing to prove it. Salary has been delayed several times. Sometimes goes 2 months in a row.
