Pros
Offer a wide range of employee benefits such as healthcare, pension, bonus holiday schemes, birthday off, and death in service. The last one being you unique, as i've never heard of this before. Everyone in the company has a lovely friendly personality each one different to the other but they all combine to create such a brilliant team. Not only that but the company has 3 directors which are always based in office and there to help or just for a simple chat, which again is great as most directors/owners don't actually get involved with attending the premises. Honestly can say i've never worked for a better company or even heard of one, Exa is focused of helping the youths of today in expanding their knowledge in technology which is great for Bradford.
Cons
Honestly don't think there are any, guess it could be role dependent. With my role my only con would be a lack of work to do, but after speaking with my manager this is being resolved.
