      Pros

      Talented co-workers A lot of foreigners Personnel systems are good

      Cons

      Poorly organized company The management is awful. Not so many experienced managers, feels like lots of them were hired because they are old enough to be managers Not so foreigner-friendly The work is boring, the products are mostly poc with external api or wrapper llm. The product quality is not good. Not making any profits at all (or poorly profitable), they are consuming investment.

      - Lots of opportunities to talk to people from other fields - Up to 4 days per week of remote work - 2 days of extra paid leave per year for foreign employees - Flexible hours - Many, many smart people to learn from

      Cons

      - Management keeps chasing the latest trends, leading to a very unfocused approach to things - Opaque feedback/KPI system - Very little opportunity for career growth - Lots of energy wasted on dealing with middlemen - Office politics everywhere - Very common 'required' extra work requests from HR for internal events
