      Pros

      Good work ethics. Employees are united. Monthly fun meet up to refresh the work stress(which is negligible).

      Cons

      You might need to do some extra work outside of your work scopes. Like arranging fun meet up. Taking interview. In my opinion these are not actually cons it some times help your personal growth. Salary range is bit low with respect to its competitors.
