      Some nice people work for the company

      Cons

      Disorganized. No training department. No training process. No SOP’s. Every department does everything differently. There’s no rhyme or reason for anything.

      Very flexible job and amazing staff. It’s completely different and great for clinical staff who desperately need a change from the toxic bedside life.

      Low pay than expected but it’s workable.

      So much mandatory overtime. Hardly given a complete weekend off. There is hardly time to rest and recharge.
