Pros
✔ Hybrid work model (office + work from home) allows flexibility without being forced into either. ✔ Friendly colleagues who are supportive and help when needed. ✔ Management provides access to resources for learning and POCs. ✔ As a fresher, I had good opportunities to learn and improve my technical skills. ✔ Worked for 4 years, which gave me exposure to various challenges and real-world problem-solving.
Cons
❌ Extreme favoritism from the CEO—his preferred senior employees receive fast promotions and significant salary hikes, while others with the same 4 years of experience and effort are ignored. ❌ Managers are often unavailable, making it difficult to get timely approvals or guidance. ❌ Frequent rework on completed features if the CEO or manager doesn’t feel satisfied, causing inefficiency. ❌ Office politics is widespread, creating an unhealthy work environment. ❌ Salary hikes are minimal for most employees, with better raises and promotions given only to the CEO’s favorites. ❌ Some senior employees are unapproachable, and project pressure is excessive, leaving little to no free time.
