Pros

They have a lot of senior people. They are ready to help you, but not clear if it is genuine.

Cons

The company is very small. A small shake-up creates immediate ripples and retribution towards employees. If you are already working for a large company, stay there. It does not matter how much they pay you. It is all about billing. There is no such a thing as bench time. I respect the people there, but there is no way this company can be successful in today's economy.

Pros

They have the best salary in the Industry. They pay more than McKinsey/BCG/Bain. Highest among the Indian service providers for any technical positions. They pay well above the industry standards at all levels (comparable to top Tech companies). I even heard the entry level folks getting an offer of more than $200k-250k per year (You can guess how much they pay for experienced folks). Some senior folks were earning $1m-$2m per year. They also provide unlimited PTO (however it might not be official and you might have to negotiate). All the benefits are negotiable since its a very small company. I was able to get a 15% 401k match, in addition to unlimited PTOs.

Cons

They are known to lowball offers. Up to you to negotiate your pay. There is a lot of micromanagement at every level, which gets exhausting really quickly. I hope they keep up the compensation structure, else you might feel discouraged that your peers are earning 100-200% more than you (which happened with me). Work life balance is poor since there are early morning and late night meetings (with offshore) every day.
