Pros
Colleagues are generally nice and friendly to work with
Cons
Management is very disorganised and poorly managed. 1. No actual company structure as they do not provide onboarding and tasks are often given without proper systems, meaning interns are expected to independently figure things out without proper guidance 2. Unrealistic expectations as company expects interns to deliver high quality output like a full timer and at a fast pace although we are already working with no guidance 3. Blame culture is very high as when things go wrong, even when it's not within our control, company will straightaway blame interns like we are their convenient scapegoats/punching bags 4. Even when mistakes were unintentionally made, you can potentially get a fine of up to $10 per mistake, which does not allow interns to receive the learning opportunity they deserve 5. When you are promised incentive payments, please check properly to make sure your incentive tally or else once you are shortchanged, company will play their manipulation card by consistently defending their actions and painting you as the criminal instead
