If you like to work hard to build a great product, this is a great place to be. The coworkers are great, you'll build life-long friendships.
Cons
No paid holidays. No yearly performance reviews. No cost of living raises. Very little opportunity to advance unless you're in good with the sales team. The workplace isn't handicap friendly at all (some clear ADA violations in fact).
