Pros

A place where you get to learn a lot and grow with your fellow colleagues. There are no barriers when it comes to interacting with your colleagues as everyone has the common goal to get things completed, but make sure knowing the boundaries as well. And definitely a lot of coffee shops around for lunch time.

Cons

The company is under an MNC but the management style is like an SME. When it comes to tasks, it can be a handful. Management has to understand the number of tasks versus the number of employees. Although it is a positive outlook to get more opportunities, but without the adequate amount of employees or not even understanding the amount of tasks one has, creates more pressure and unhappiness. Toxicity in the work culture such as pointing out someone's mistakes, broadcasting that poor colleague's name to the entire department and setting unrealistic deadlines are quite common. Some getting promoted to senior levels or management levels will forget their roots and belittle people below their level. Appreciation of staffs or juniors who work extra hours or come back during weekends and PH is little to non-existent.

Great colleague and flexible start working hours from 8am to 9am.

Cons

The company operates without clear structure or adherence to established procedures. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are frequently overlooked, not only by employees but also by management, who tend to act according to their own preferences. Decisions are often made unilaterally by the leadership team, regardless of whether they are right or wrong, and without room for constructive input. This top-down approach also influences employee welfare, as appraisal outcomes are closely tied to personal alignment with management rather than actual performance. Low variable bonus (0.5-1mth) payouts have become increasingly delayed, shifting from the beginning of the year to mid-year, and in some cases, towards the end of the year. Opportunities for professional growth within the company are extremely limited, making it difficult for employees to progress in their careers.
