They are very flexible to work with. The workload is reasonable.

A few employees bring their children to work and those children get training that you don't.

There is nothing positive here. All positive reviews come from ownership,

Antiquated everything, Managerial philosophy, trust no one. Micromanagement like no other place, Blame employees for lack of training. Training you ask. You better be good at self-training. Only the owner knows enough to train, and she is too busy printing invoices for product that is not in inventory yet.
