Pros

Own time mgmt and daily routine

Cons

This company has a practice of hiring highly talented sales people for roles that don’t exist and then pivoting the person to do enrollment at nursing homes. The tactic is to pay well up front and a while later reduce the base salary significantly so that by the time they do it you are deeply ingrained in the role. I received top level reviews and went above and beyond for this company after having done the same for other large post acute care servicing companies and was never treated like this!!!!! My advice is to run if they start to stroke your ego in the interview about your success in senior care sales and then talk about enrollment as the highest priority.

Pros

Nothing it is a waste of time!

Cons

Warning to potential employees: This company has one of the highest turnover rates I've ever seen. You're expected to take on increasing workloads with minimal compensation, and there’s no medical insurance offered. If you're intelligent or ask questions, management sees you as a threat. I was repeatedly undermined and embarrassed publicly for simply doing my job well. To make matters worse, the company withheld all of my commissions for the last two months. That was the final straw—I submitted my two weeks’ notice and moved on.

Pros

Work independently and loved the travel.

Cons

No benefits. Bad trainers. High turnover for agents. Will lie to get you terminated. I would never advise anyone to work for this company. I have always said people post bad reviews because they are upset but for me I was termed on lies which I am a very ethical person and I love to sleep at night with a clear conscious. I believe my manager knew I am very knowledgeable and felt threatened by my skills. Glad they let me go. One closes another opens.
