Depending upon the Business unit you'll get to learn and travel abroad. You'll be given opportunities based on your performances.
Cons
1. Bond - If you break the bond should give 2 lakh. If the company removes you then also you need to pay 2 lakh. For experience certificate which is unfair for freshers who worked for a year or more. 2. Less salary than industry. 3. Minimal increment even though you get high points in performance reviews. 4. Always projects will be less. 5. Hire the freshers and then remove them after a year without experience certificates.
