Caution - Dont join this company - Anonymous employee Excelerate Employee Review

Beware. The job was nothing like what I was sold to begin with. The company lacks a cohesive strategy. It has been changed 12 times in the last 12 months. Not even sure what they are trying to do. Cult-like leaders and followers. Culture is toxic and management is unresponsive to employee concerns. Management with no experience of leading an organisation. Genuine lack of empathy and care within the organisation. High turnover rate and does not value its employees. No room for growth within the organisation. Complete lack of integrity within the organisation. To hide their wrong doings they launched another company called Excelerate ( the one with pink and black logo).
