People were good to work with and cared about their jobs.
Cons
Many employees had been there for a really long time and weren’t open to new ideas. Systems are entrenched. Leadership at the top level was aloof and not friendly or interested in employees. Online school with old school thinking.

Pros
There is a good work / life balance. Did not feel overly stressed and micromanaged because of my colleagues.
Cons
Where to start. From the moment of getting hired, it was very obvious to me this was a corporation pretending to be a caring higher ed university. Every decision they made is entirely for profit and to cut as many corners as possible. HR was fully onboard with allowing a toxic work environment to continue all because everyone at this company is a yes man going all the way up to the top, They are totally willing to sacrifice student learning and experience all for the next dollar. Genuinely one of the most poorly run companies I have ever seen full of toxicity from the ground up. Do not fall for it - this "university" does not care about you in the slightest!!
